But, The customer service at MNS made it easy, because it was factual and focused on what is best for my son. Over the years, I've generally found buying a car to be an ordeal. Hassan made buying this one an absolute pleasure. There was a very minor issue with the car which Hassan resolved very quickly. Wonderful customer service. Hassan sourced, especially for me, the modal and make of car I was looking for. We had the car delivered (70 miles away) at a time to suit us,without seeing it first. It was even better than we imagined. We also part exchanged our existing car without any trouble. I bought my Xsara Picasso from MNS. It was in excellent condition. There was a small problem when the check engine light came on when I was examining the car. I went with Hassan to have the car checked and the problem was resolved immediately. The car was MOT'd and serviced before it was delivered to me.

I bought my Kia Ceed a couple of months back. There was an issue with the fuel tank inlet. MNS motors went over and beyond to fix the issue in short space of time. The had to order a new tank part from Kia main dealer. But very impressed with the quick service of fixing it. I would highly recommend.
